A: Yes! Dentist On Queen welcomes new patients of all ages. Booking your first visit is easy — you can call us or send us appointment request online anytime.

Q: Do you accept health funds?
A: Absolutely. We accept all major private health funds and process claims instantly through HICAPS. We're also BUPA Members First Platinum provider as well as NIB First Choice provider.


APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENTS

Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can send appointment request online through our website 24/7, or call our friendly reception team during business hours. We also offer convenient appointment reminders by SMS or email.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
A: We understand things come up! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another patient in need.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or Afterpay?
A: Yes, we accept Afterpay, Humm and Zip. Payment plans accept  for eligible treatments. Speak to our team to find a solution that suits your budget.
